Please note: Do not drag the furniture to relocate it, as this might weaken the joints. Instead, lift the wooden furniture if you want to move it.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, bring it to the notice of delivery personnel right at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at info@natrajartandcraft.com immediately. The issue will be assessed within 72 hours and a solution will be provided at the earliest. If in the opinion of NATRAJ ART & CRAFT, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by NATRAJ ART & CRAFT.Any missing parts required in the assembly of the product should be immediately notified to the Customer Support team, so that they can be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Delivery:

• Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.
• Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.
• In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.
• Extra charges applicable for weekend or time-specific delivery.
• Your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, WoodenStreet reserve the right to either change or cancel the order.

Installation:

• Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.
• If the delivery Condition is:Pre-assembled – no installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready to use.Expert Assembly – expert assistance is required, for which NATRAJ ART & CRAFT will provide carpenters to carry out proper installation and assembly.Basic assembly/DIY – the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance required.

• In the case of solid wood based furniture, the wood grain might slightly vary from product to product.

What is Not Covered?

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

• Normal wear and tear over prolonged use

• Minor cuts, scratches, or damages caused by improper handling, cleaning methods, or accidents

• Damage caused due to incorrect installation or assembly by the customer

• Products stored, installed, or used improperly or cleaned using unsuitable cleaning methods/products

• Fading or lightening of upholstery due to exposure to direct sunlight

• Cracks or damages caused due to movement or displacement of the product

• Damage or decay of wood due to continuous exposure to water or moisture

• Natural expansion and contraction of solid wood due to seasonal climate changes

• Natural characteristics of wood such as grain patterns, joint lines, or slight variations, which are not considered defects

• Upholstery fabrics (such as seat covers) are not covered under warranty. For upholstered products, warranty is limited to the frame and mechanisms (if applicable)

• Damage caused by non-standard dry-cleaning processes or use of harsh chemicals

• Unevenness of up to 5 mm due to floor or surface level differences, as per industry standards
